Actually if you click the "Info" (Checksums and additional info) button for the
link you'll see the .mirrorlist infrastructure and Hashes.  The mirror download
algorithms should route you to a geographically proximal mirror, but will
include a listing of nearby mirrors. And also list all mirror sites hosting
that installer package. You could select from any.

Of course this is kind of hidden to normal users when doing a download--you
have to know to look for it. Don't be too concerned if you can not identify the
mirror site after the fact.

If a lot of folks suddenly have issues: from just one mirror it is an issue
with that mirror; but from multiple mirrors it is an issue with our TDF
packaging--a bit more of a problem.
