That has been resolved by synchronizing/enabling the bundled extensions once
again:
- Close LibreOffice (+ Quickstarter, if enabled).
- Select the folder 'bundled' in LibreOffice user profile; path:
...\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions\bundled.
- Rename the folder 'bundled' to 'bundled_old'.
- Restart LibreOffice (maybe you need to start it twice due to bug 43989).

After restarting, all of the spellchecking functions worked fine.
Please mark this bug as fixed, but will the fix be automatically applied in
next released version?
