I re-set the profile. I opened a .odm document, and the Navigator opened in
Master View. I clicked the toggle button and it changed to the normal Navigator
view. I clicked it again and I cannot get back to the Master View. Therefore
this is a reproducible bug which is causing corruption to the user profile.
