This is what the dialog looks like on my system, with, as you can see, quite a
difference in font size. This is the regular size of the text, and normal
layout, and doesn't require a scroll bar.

Of course the dialog should adapt to different system configurations as well,
that's why the questions so far tried to establish how to produce the same
results you see, to see how the bug can be consistently reproduced.

I would guess it's perhaps the following setting, but you claimed to not have
changed any accessibility settings.
