If you can't see the difference between pasting directly with the ALT option and being presented with the non-ALT option dialogue and using the non-ALT option and getting the same non-ALT option dialogue then that says more about your interpretation than anything else. Despite your inexplicable unwillingness to accept the bug report it's still not functioning as it did before somebody "fixed" it. Perhaps if you had said it's only a nominal issue so we won't fix it as the user can just ensure one of the other options isn't activated and gives that user the "wrong" result as opposed to digging the deepest trench you can manage in an endeavour to prove you are right then we wouldn't be having this conversation.
