This was Low but really is Medium or High with crashes.
Average user will hardly detect a cause. Bug 139013 is probably a duplicate.
Let me summarize workarounds (depending if file can be opened):
- remove offline/disconnected network printer from the system
- extract ODS fle, edit settings.xml to remove whole XML data tags: PrinterName
and PrinterSetup, zip again and rename it back to ODS
- start LO with env. variables: SAL_DISABLE_DEFAULTPRINTER=1 and
SAL_DISABLE_PRINTERLIST=1
- uncheck Tools > Options > Load/Save > General > [] Load printer settings with
the document (it will not remove printer info from the file but printer can be
changed)
- File > Properties > General > Reset Properties (it will not remove printer
section from the file but can replace it with the new default one)
