Depends on bug 117994 to export properly I expect.
I have been using attachment 170372 as my test document. Starting in LO 5.1.4
it failed to export properly - seen ONLY in MS Word - where the first number is
a smaller size 10pt. That started with author Luke Deller on 2016-04-27

All the numbering became small (in MSWord) in LO 7.3 with my other commit in
bug 108518. That is valid - I'm not creating bogus styles any more on import.
I first want to tackle this export problem, but for import, I so far have:
