This bug should not be resolved as bug 152184 is about a generic dark mode
through a configuration selection for Dark, Light and Follow System.

This bug is about the default canvas colour and providing a way to easily
select dark or light instances.
I have set the status to "REOPENED" if I am incorrect in this status selection
then please feel free to set to "Resolved" once again.
