It might or might not be a bug, strictly speaking, but common users perform this kind of things anyway. Considering that it (just happened to have) worked (from the POV of users) for so long (LO 5.1 until at least recently, in 7.5.3.2 included), perhaps it would be worth trying to "solve" this issue, independently of whether this is really a bug or not. As for the bibisectRequest in the Keywords filed, I guess it would be more attractive if the report were to be set as NEW (giving that at least the resulting behavior _is_ reproduced).
