Actually I updated bibisect to work on the source tags (*):

so that one could walk through the micro-releases.

FWIW, I even build that bibisect repo, but forgot publish it somewhere. I could
dump it as is somewhere, but would prefer to do so with a up-to-date and
documented version and have trouble squeezing out time for that right now.

Apologies for my lack of technical skills, but...what does this mean exactly? In terms of QA being able to use it, is it ready? Almost ready? And for the bibisect repo, that would be up to most recent commit?
