I have replied in Bugzilla. It is not only Find and Replace that it is ruined in 4.1.2.3 and 4.0.6.1
The simple Find function is also ruined. Searching for the word "Santos" in an extensive report also tagged the word "Matos"... This is a MAJOR bug. Please don't dismiss it as a personal whim. Even if this is a Windows XP bug only it is still a MAJOR lost in function.
