I think people want to make it easier for newbies who, generally speaking, only want to file a bug against LibreOffice. The issue I see is that we have other user-friendly products like the Impress Remote, and I can imagine that we may have more such products in the future. I think that perhaps this is a question for the Design Team to help address. We have full control of the Bugzilla code, so we can always play around with the first page that people see.
