Issue of OP was that the description doesn't show--but it does. Just only on the Function listbox when user filters by search. Comment 4 suggests an overlooked implementation issue in that for the Keyboard panel, an onmouseover of an assigned function should show tooltip with details of the associated UNO assigned. *For consistency with the other customization panels*. Full redesign of the customization dialog aside, this current inconsistency on the Keyboard panel should be tweaked for better UX.
