IMO the current dialog is indeed missleading.

It is also not very descriptive about what the second option even does.
A button to enable a file having write protection when opened is not really the
same information as 'you have to enter a second password to edit the file'.

It's also not really clear who you can from read-only to edit mode. By accident
I found out that it's right click and click on "edit".

In german the text is even worse "Kennwort für Dokumentenfreigabe" (password
for document sharing) does not make a whole lot of sense.

"Freigabe" can also mean clearance, approval, deregulation, deallocation,
decontrol, unblocking, enabling, clearing, freeing, liberalization or passing.
However it is often used in connection when sharing a file or a folder in a
network and make it accessible for/in it.

I would expect a note that clearly says that the second password is used to
unlock the file for editing.

A link to the help page where I could read about the feature would also be an
idea.
