The idea of trusted folders seems to leave too much room for data breaches but a potential solution could be the addition of "[ ] Do not ask again for this document" on the infobar, which stores the filename including the full path, if checked, and does not ask again if, for example, /home/user/me/untitled1.ods is opened again. The security risk is considerable, and something like "chained" links might be possible if the documents loads automatically. Like a.csv with some number referenced in b.ods, which again is inserted into c.ods. The method suggested above would stop the chain if either b or c is not trusted.
