I went to http://computers.toshiba.com and navigated to support for the Satellite 4300 series, and downloaded the power saver for WinME. Which said it was for 98 when installed! Seems OK on the Libretto 100 so far. Not quite as broad in capability as the Japanese one which, like the one for the Satellite 4320 for 98, plays a critical battery message in voice.
