I had a dead 2503, and before selling my Lib50 with 6-8 batteries (I'm not sure how many I have, but it's Too Many), I opened up a 2498, and while the board inside is different than that of the 2503, the plug and connections are the same. So I dropped the entire innards of the 2498 into the 2503 shell, slapped it in the 2499 charger, and it charged. Slapped it in a Lib100, it ran. So if you have a dead 100/110 battery pack and have an old extended batt for a 50/70 laying around or can get one cheap, you can get the 2503 pack working. -- | Tom Stangl, iPlanet Web Server Technical Support | Netscape Communications Corp | A division of AOL Time Warner | iPlanet Support - http://www.iplanet.com/support/ | Please do not associate my personal views with my employer ************************************************************** http://libretto.basiclink.com - Libretto mailing list http://libretto.basiclink.com/archive - Archives http://www.picante.com/~gtaylor/portable/faq.html - FAQ -------UNSUBSCRIBE------- mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=cmd:unsubscribe --------UNSUBSCRIBE DIGEST------ Use above but add DIGEST to the subject line... **************************************************************
