Subject: Re: 110 and EPR / FDISK problems

Dear list

Can I say thanks to the person who emailed me about my 110 and EPR problem with USB.
I'm afraid I lost a batch of emails when I transferred them from the one computer to
another so have not got this person's details any longer. Just to say thanks for the
offer of the Win98SE and all your advice - I have my own copy of Win and have now done
this. The EPR now recognises USB no problem but I am still stumped to why fist
edition would not do this.

I have another problem - I have fdisked a new HD (using Win98 second edition boot
disk) only to find that the computer does not recognise the system - UNKNOWN it says
and not Fat32 as it should - any ideas? Does it matter? When I fdisked it previously
it said Fat32!!!!!

George
