which version of dos? DOS 6.22? win95 DOS? Win95b/98 DOS?
There are differences in each that make it important to know which you used.
eg. DOS 6.22 won't do >2GB partitions.

thanks! Must have missed the post somehow. Anyways, good information to know,
and now, we're down to finding out just what happens when one uses a disk
manager program with any OS and hibernates.
I'll update my FAQ soon on this. Looks like everyone had better avoid the
entire 1000-1100 cylinder area just to be perfectly sure if they don't manually
go through and find out the exact location of the hibernation data area.
