Thanks to everyone who sent help. It turns out -
for reasons that I haven't beeb able to identify -
that the camera functionality depends on MS
NetMeeting being installed. I can't imagine why,
or what particular component the camera is looking
for, but there you have it.
Another question. I'm contemplating getting a
DVD-ROM drive to replace my CD drive, but I'm nervous
about the MPEG decompression. One of the drives I was
looking at recommended at least a 350 MHz CPU for the
software-based decompression, which is what they all
use. Does anyone out there have any experience with
DVD and Librettos, or any ideas?
