I have. Software decompression is dicey even at 400+ MHz. Heck, I have a
600+ MHz laptop and it still stutters.
No, I would recommend a hardware PCMCIA card called MARGI or its Dell
equivalent. You find them on ebaY for $100~ish
Provided your Libretto has 2 slots, of course. I don't know if it was only
the L1x0 series that had 2, one for the MARGI and one for the DVD player
