What makes you think you've got it loaded at all? The only place I know of that loads 
the panning support driver (on Toshibas in general) is c:\config.sys and certainly 
with win98, ANYTHING that starts up (and that isn't wrapped in something else) is 
mentioned in the msconfig utility (check the very last tab).
