I am running Linux, using XEmacs-VM as an email client  :)
I think it is because it is getting set with a MIME type of windows-1252
or some such, and so my mailer isn't recognising that.  I can force it
to expand the MIME part inline, and all is fine.

On a more relevant note, I don't have anything against the [LIB] in the
subject, as it makes them easy to pick out when you only have the `From'
and `Subject' fields displayed, which I do pretty often.
