AFAIK thats just the standard Windows shortcut keyboard combo (right-click on any 
shortcut and go 'properties' ... it gives you the option to assign a keyboard combo to 
it). You DO need to press ctrl or alt whilst that shortcut field is highlighted to 
type anything in it.
