The PA2499U is just for charging Lib 50/70 batteries, and comes with an AC cord, and a cord for the other end of the unit that you can plug into a 50/70 to power it in place of the normal AC adapter. The PA2504U adapter is just a plastic/circuit adapter to allow you to plug Lib 100/100 batteries into the 2499. Nothing more is included. It lets you charge 100/110 batteries, but you can't power a 100/110 off of the 2499 unless you find the mythical 100/110 plug, cut the 50/70 plug off the extra cable, and solder it on. http://www.vfaq.com/LEGO/Ebay/Replicator-etc-04.jpg This is the 2499 http://www.vfaq.com/LEGO/Ebay/Replicator-etc-05.jpg This is the 2504 Shipping was less than $10 for one set in the US, from what I can remember. You can pull the 2504 from its' box and easily fit it in the 2499 box with the 2499. Shouldn't cost that much to ship.
