The main problem so far is the extra costs. To design a cpu board as small as it needs to be adds ~100 grand onto the costs. Plus the P-M at 1.4GHz has a max P output of 24 watts where I believe the P-MMX is 12. So running it at full bore without cooling it down will be a no no but half power should be alright. This is because the heat sink is half as big as it needs to be.
