YYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOO

thanks for the link!!! This is what I've been
saying!!!
this looks like it would be a memory module from the
1100 or 1100V AND it is using 64Mb 4x16 edo chips. So
that means that the memory in ANY of the librettos is
only limited by how much work you want to put into
it!!
It can do at least 2 stacks of ram modules that I can
figure out. Maybe 4. If it can do 4 it can take a
board of 512MB judging by the maximum of edo ram I've
found. Shoot--with the amount of work and the price of
this module I'd just build my own upgrade--chips are
about 6 bucks apaiece and a couple boards run 100!! be
about 150 plus labor. Only problem you'll find is the
hard drive is in the way of any uopgrades but its
really not much of a problem.

I'm not going to mess with edo ram upgrades any more
though I'm doing a cheap off-the-shelf secondary cpu
board with ddr and a p-m instead. Coupled with the mmx
already in the computer it makes it very fast with no
impact on battery life, I'm expecting quite a increase
in that in fact, with little increase in size.

I have a question--does anyone like using hard drives?
They are SO loud and hot!! Hot is good in some things
like women in short dresses!! but around a cpu it just
is not good. I noticed mine is getting pretty close to
failure (I'm not surprized running XP and 2000 on it)
so I get very concerned about heat now.
