Subject: I need to swap two keys...

I bought a German Libretto and instead of the QWERTY keyboard they seem to have
a QWERTZ keyboard (X and Y are exchanged).

So two questions;

1) How can I remap the keys in Windows so that when I press Z, I get (f.ex. in
Word) the letter Y and vice versa (press Y and get Z on the screen?)

2) Also is it possible to physically swap the keys on the keyboard, so that I
could pry off the keys Z and Y and then swap their places on the keyboard? I
haven't tried yanking them off yet because I'm afraid they're immovable and I
could break something...
