for some reason I can not get the fir donauboe driver to load without and error -16 (cannot find location of the i/o base 0xffe0) when I load linux kernel 2.6.x.x (any version) with acpi enabled. I have tried everytihng I can think of and evrything I found on the web to get it to work but it simply won't.
