Well, if another USB card doesn't do it (the power output of cards to vary), then I'd look at a card that has a USB power adapter port - this will let you plug in another power source to power the USB device. --- You may also want to use another GPS unit. Some use less power off the USB port. Here, I did away with that and simply run a billionton CF GPS card directly in the slot itself - no need for external cabling (besides the GPS antenna) - and it keeps everything in the Libretto.
