Besides Sofmap, the #1 electronics store that I LOVE when I was in Tokyo is Bic Camera - and they've got one in Osaska! They pretty much carry everything on the planet, have a good membership card program (if you're a long timer), and can't be beat as the destination for electronic junkies. What?!?
