Thanks for all the hints, I know all the possibilities to operate a Lib in a car, but I was looking for the original car adapter sold by Toshiba! In the meanwhile I have found it: The model number is CATL100, it was not manufactured by Toshiba. It was sold in a box whith Toshiba-design but with with the imprint "designed for Toshiba". The Adapter is made both for 12V and 24V car batteries.
