To be fair, I don't know what multilib is. But if their
installation can be handled on *nix, it also can be handled on win32.
For example, if multilibs are didtingushable on automake level, it may
*not* pass --bindir while installing them. In such case, libtool will
fallback to some default, either the same dir as for .la or ../bin ;-)
