I just sucked down a fresh copy of the HEAD branch from cvs.
libtool/ltdl.m4 contains the following line:
AC_CHECK_FUNCS(memcpy bcopy, break)
But there is nothing in libtool/configure.in nor libtool/libltdl/configure.in.
