I wanted to have it there, but Michael had reservations about it, so I put it on hold. I don't think it make much sense to create a separate git repo for what are essentially 2 files, especially as we may have to update the downloads link on each resource. And yeah I'm aware that the version of the library is going to change even for updates that have nothing to do with it, such a portal html edits, but I fail to see an actual problem here.
