So you kind of use the SET_CONFIGURATION message as kind of
"light-weight reset".

Once libusb0.sys integration is done, you can actually use libusb0.sys
as the driver and it supports set_configuration call natively.

libusbk.sys is based on KMDF and has the same limitation as
WinUSB in this regard (set configuration).
