Thanks, now there are no more issues with Cygwin/MinGW build.
I will carry out more tests later.

The updated README file is fine (added mention of NetBSD).

For the NEWS file, I have two comments about the following
statement.

* Add libusb0 (libusb-win32) and libusbK driver support on Windows.
  Note that isochronous transfers are not supported yet for these
  drivers, and that using the libusb-win32 filter driver against a
  composite member devices is also not supported

"a composite member devices" should probably be changed to
"composite devices".

And to avoid confusion, I think it is better to "Note that isochronous
transfers are not supported in libusbx yet for these drivers" since
libusb0.sys and libusbk.sys do support isochronous transfer.
