I agree with you as well. On the other hand, libusbx WinCE backend
relies on Windows CE USB Wrapper. So it is better to document it
more prominently, say in the release notes of 1.0.15. And it will
not hurt to say that the current CE USB Wrapper is tested only
on WinCE 6.0 (not so sure about 7.0, or so called Windows
Embedded Compact 7 ).

And probably needs to document that the current WinCE backend
is more geared toward WinCE 6.0 as per Toby's reply. I was under the
wrong impression that the release is more geared toward WinCE 5.0
due to the documentation that WinCE 5.0 Standard SDK is needed.
