OpenBSD and NetBSD will not have the HID capability since only ugen driver is supported and there is almost no way to detach the HID driver other than rebuild the kernel. Discussion for NetBSD: Ref: http://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2012/05/30/msg020285.html http://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2012/05/30/msg020290.html http://mail-index.netbsd.org/current-users/2012/05/31/msg020306.html Potential solution: 1) make other USB driver support ugen ioctls 2) make kernel config easier to use Discussion for OpenBSD http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.os.openbsd.tech/28894 The answer I got from OpenBSD developer is that they will not use FreeBSD USB stack and they do not support this FreeBSD feature (load ugen along with other drivers). -- Xiaofan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites.
