There is a bug at rt.cpan.org (#4065) indicating that there is a problem installing HTML-Parser on Perl 5.004. However, I have the same problem with 5.005_02 as well, and this is preventing me from installing the latest version of libwww-perl. While I believe this issue goes away with newer versions of perl, I'd prefer not upgrading perl at this time. Has anyone overcome this problem?
