I would be greatful if you had the time to figure out why the tests fail and perhaps even propose patches to work around the issue. There might be simple tweaks that can be done to them to make them work in your envirionment.
You might run tests individually like this:
cd libwww-perl-5.800
perl -Ilib t/live/jigsaw-md5.t
