I think this error means that on line 2028 you have translated a string that 
has %s or similar in it but missed the %s in your translation. You could use 
Tools -> Validation -> Check syntax and then Go -> Next error (in KBabel) or 
just edit the file with your favourite text editor and go to line 2028 and 
compare the translation with the original text to see if you missed any %s 
(or %<something>).
