Hi.
I do not build RPMs for  Mandriva and Fedora because they have
different names for packages needed for build. Maybe I could look for
correct BuildRequires on google. But I do not have enough time this
week. If you know the correct one, please tell me.

I do not want to split off  plugins. They are all in the licq RPM. I
only split the icqnd because it has separate source and it is based on
gtk and probably not everybody want to use it.

Suse have RPMs for CDK.
