I found yesterday that I had the ports forwarded correctly and the problem was 
in my firewall config in Licq.  I fixed that and I can even receive files 
now.  I also set up port triggering in the router so that I can hop to any of 
my machines and use Licq there, but SSL connections still do not work.  I am 
not sure when it broke but it was probably about the time of the version 
1.3.2 release.
