As I said in a seperate email, I first need to find out where the error is
happenening. For me,
it is an SSL_accept error. But others seem to indicate it works with licq 1.3.0
but not 1.3.2.
The changes between these versions are too big to pinpoint a specific change,
but I had a few ideas,
unfortunately the error happens in OpenSSL for me, so I can't test my changes
to Licq.

Basically, I need some tests done with newer and older OpenSSL versions to see
if the error shows up
in Licq or not. And when we find a version that doesn't have that error, then I
can start fixing the
Licq code.
