Let me gyess, your new and didn't read the mail archives :))
Well, it's not your fault, not licq's fault, but mirabiles' or AOLs, the
messed up their servers.
The devels are currently working on a new version witch supports the
2001b protocol (your now using the 99b proto)
It's still alpha (CVS) but you'r able to send/recieve messages and most
stuff exept from a few things that are not yet implemented and hang licq...
That what cvs versions are for :-p
