Hello Eray, you will have to install the developers version if you want to translate Licq by yourself. The first step is to download the daily snapshot from www.licq.org and unpack it onto your disk. The second step is to make it compile on your system. The third step is to read the file qt-gui/po/README.LOCALE.QT-3 as well as the other README file in this directory. If you fail at one of these steps you can ask on the mailing list. Better use the licq-devel mailinglist for this.
