There are no errors of "circular dependencies" in the log sent in Comment 4.
Colin, if you run "make doc" without the -s flag, do you get again
these "circular dependencies"? And do you get them again with "make doc
-s" with last master Git revision? (You needn't send the logs for this,
grepping for "Circular" in "make doc" output is fine.)
This kind of issue is hard to reproduce; unless we can get a recipe to
reproduce, maybe this issue could be tagged Needs-evidence.
