I did a patchy run after I had sent the countdown email and left the thing
running to go to work. When I logged in to check, I saw that it all passed.
But then I saw that master had been merged so I thought I better rerun the
test just in case - so that I knew it really had passed with current
master. It passed make and make check but failed make doc again.
I haven't done the analysis yet on why, and I don't think the 'elisp'
checkin would break this.
It might be better to save your sanity to split the patch after all. But
it;s no problem me running full make docs for you if you like, I know that
Mike has done it occasionally in the past because it takes so long to do on
less powerful boxes.
I'll re-rerun the patchy test one more time and see before I change the
status of this
