One idea...
If we create a stencil called "dimension-modifier" that contains a stencil
plus dimension information, we can tell the new skyline code in
stencil-integral.cc to ignore the stencils underneath and just look at the
dimension information. Then, just rewrite with-dimensions in terms of the
dimension-modifier stencil.
